Whelp. While I am interested to see what happens if only four people stand and the seating act said there should be 5, I guess I'll break the stalemate and stand. I'll put up a last-minute campaign.

Part of what was giving me pause about running was a desire to see how the system would cope with being one short, and how - or even if - we would resolve the issue.
But since Laurentus is running, and I still am profoundly ambivalent about any value I would add, I will decline my nomination, and preemptively congratulate the five members of our new UH.

The nomination period is now closed. Because there were only five candidates to fill five seats, there will not be an election and all candidates will take office a week from today. The next session of the Underhusen are:
