After consulting with the laws, I've determined that it's a valid resignation, as our laws have no procedure as to how, where, or to who a Skrifa should resign. Thus, I declare the seat vacant. Because there are over 21 days remaining in the term, a special election will be held to fill the seat for the rest of the term, and I will open nominations for it tomorrow.
