1. This act is to be cited as the Fundamental Laws Amendment ____

2. Article XII of the Fundamental Laws is re-titled as "Amendments"
3. Article XII, Section 2 of the Fundamental Laws is amended to read as follows:

The Storting shall have the authority to propose amendments to these Fundamental Laws by a two-thirds supermajority vote of both the Underhusen and Overhusen.

4. Article XII, Section 3 of the Fundamental Laws is amended to read as follows:

Any amendment to these Fundamental Laws passed by the Storting is considered ratified if approved by both the Monarch and by a two-thirds super majority in favor of the Citizens of Wintreath voting at referendum.

This amendment merely changes the styling of Article XII, as it is the only section to use "Constitution" to refer to itself, as opposed to the phrasing "these Fundamental Laws".

Beyond that it's just the writing style to make it work better, although I do have a few potential ideas for actual changes to this section. Note that the ____ is used as we have an amendment on the floor at this time.

Is that necessary considering that Fundamental Laws amendments have been given descriptive rather than numeric titles?

Some acts have, at some point, used a numeric title, although most of the ones that ended up being passed had descriptive names. Also I'm not entirely sure the best way to name this with a more descriptive name.

"Fundamental Laws Amendment Styling Amendment Act" might work.

It might work, but it feels off, perhaps: "Fundamental Laws Amendment on the Styling of the Amendment Article Act" might work...or "Fundamental Laws Article XII Styling Amendment Act". However both all of these feel off, if you catch my drift.

Section 2 is missing a period. I think it should go after the quotation marks because I think I’ve seen that way of doing it in other laws.

That should be “is,” not “are.”

I like this Amendment. The title needs some work, but I don’t have a better idea than what has already been said.
