So before we get into the meat of things, let me introduce myself to anyone who doesn't know me or my qualifications.

Qualifications

• I worship the Holy Spud
• Helped write the Fundamental Laws
• Helped write several of our laws
• I've been consulted by other sessions and members of the Storting for advice on legality
• I was the sovereign of the Celestial Union, and also its last Sovereign.
• I've been a part of Wintreath for nearly my entire time in NationStates (excluding the first few days I joined NS).

So now what are my goals?

• Reform of the Judiciary - The current procedures are a bit of a mess and are very biased against the person filing the charges.
• Constitutional Reform - There are various issues with our current constitution, which should be fixed, including the fact that there is no explicit supremacy instead relying on implicit supremacy.
• Statutory Law Reform - Reform various acts to help consolidate laws, and to lessen the likelihood for laws being forgotten to be logged. I would push for either consolidating like laws together, or creating a Wintrean Legal Code which would contain and be the main source for all laws under the Fundamental Laws.

3) You talk a lot about reform...is there a region that you feel is a model for any of the reforms that you mention?

Unfortunately, I can't really just excuse that behavior, as it was rather unacceptable. I ended up taking a bit of a break from Wintreath (Not just for that, but it is what lead to me deciding to take a break for a bit)

2) What do you mean when you say "there is no explicit supremacy instead of relying on implicit supremacy"?

There is no clause in the Constitution which elevates it to a status that is above all laws. Instead we rely on the concept that it is implicitly above all laws. As such we rely on a notion instead of actual law, which a future court could rule that it lacks supremacy.

3) You talk a lot about reform...is there a region that you feel is a model for any of the reforms that you mention?

I don't believe that there is one singular region that we can use as a model. If we were to use a model though I think various other governments around NS could provide a decent base to work from.
