Title
1. This act shall be cited as the Underhusen Qualifications Act

Limitations
2. In order for a citizen of Wintreath to be able to be eligible to stand for the Underhusen, they must meet the following requirements:
(a). Must have 100 non-spam posts, with no more than half of those 100 posts being double posts within ten minutes of each other or be a member for at least one month.
(b). Must have been a member of Wintreath for at least one week.

I must object to this bill fervently. It is not the duty of the Underhusen to decide based on arbitrary means to determine who and who is not eligible to serve in the Underhusen, that is the duty of the electorate. We've already seen in the case of Libertarin that those who come into Wintreath just to try and seize power for themselves will be driven off. Despite running on multiple occasions he was never elected because he clearly showed that he was not eligible to serve. Not because any bill told us he wasn't, but because the people of Wintreath were smart enough to see that. We are restricting the position for no reason other then paranoia and a clear lack of trust in the people of Wintreath to act in its best interests. I highly encourage my fellow Skifra to vote against this bill.

This is kind of pointless. Nobody's gonna elect some random schmuck who just showed up into the UH - and if someone of that nature was running uncontested, I think we have significantly larger problems.
