    Welcome to the region! I appreciate the message you sent me earlier, and again I'm thrilled to hear from a region that we haven't heard much from in awhile. As Monarch and Jarl of Foreign Affairs, I accept your application and by this post do hereby declare you to be an ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary. May our regions and communities build a great relationship through our work.
