Welcome back! It's always good to see one of our old Citizens return.

Since you've been here before, we won't need to go through the entire review process. However, you should be aware that Wintreath does not recognize the "Osiris Fraternal Order" as the legitimate government of Osiris. This will have no impact on becoming a Citizen again, but of course it may lead to conflicts of interests in the future.
