Hey guys! As you know, there are a number of vacancies in the Ministry of Integration, including the Guildmaster of the Keepers of the Call (the recruitment guild). Since there isn't an obvious choice for the position right now, I've decided to try something of a contest with it. Beginning next month, the leader of the guild will be the the person besides me that has the most nations recruited behind them in the previous month. Obviously, this involves recruiting, but nations can also be added by gaining the endorsement of another recruiter, in which case their nation count will be added to the person they are endorsing.

A little bit of hard work, a little bit of showing leadership, maybe even a little bit of intrigue? We shall see! Good luck to those that try...now get recruiting!

Based on recruitment for the last month, @HannahB will be the guildmaster during the month of August. She narrowly beat out @Gerrick for the honour, 770 to 750, with @Malviet contributing 33, @Eldaron 21, and @beautifulthing 7.

Nah, it's cool. I like to learn by observing how others do things anyway.
