@Pengu is by his own decree required to end this game, unfortunately. I would, however, hope that it continues.

Shall I host?

Tau is correct that by my own decree this game would be forced to end.  Perhaps down the road I'll attempt to host one in this same capacity...however, it seems like there was much more confusion and thus inactivity this time around. 

Yes, there was more confusion, but that doesn't change the fact that this day round should've been closed by October 27 at the latest. As I said earlier, 3 out of the 4 active eligible players voted in the runoff mere hours after you started it.

I got to say though, even though there was confusion and inactivity, I really like the idea.
