    Yeah, I looked it up and got the word miserable. :P

    It's your proposal, of course, but I personally feel for now it would be best to bring this topic back to the two of us and then to the Cabinet. If we still feel that we need the Storting to utilize its authority, we can come back later on.

    I should really note to Chanku that because we are both not requiring all citizens to join the RP Guild and because the RP guild is not the WA, an Inter, or an Extraregional group that it would not at all be unconstitutional...
    Joining it if you want to join an RP would be a gained privilege in interaction for joining a group, much like the military... Which is far far more of an interregional organization than this...
