Since we're about to test the shit out of this court system, I'd like to go ahead and create this thread for any and all commentary regarding the case.

Since the violation in question isn't really so serious, I don't see why we can't turn this into a bit of a cultural spectator event, complete with daily commentaries and all that stuff.

I'd also like to point out that I have no idea where to put this thread outside of the Platform, but perhaps since this is the first time we're using the courts, we should create a new sub-forum for everything related to this case, with one area reserved for those actually involved in the case, and the other for any citizen commentary and whatnot.

The JOA doesn't specify where the trial topic is to be created. I would guess either this area or the Castle, but this is something we should keep in mind for any amendments.

Well since I don't believe it can be legally specified, as that is an administrative task, so it's up to the administrator to decide it's best location in all reality

Since this topic is specifically for discussion by the Citizenry, this is probably the best location for it.

When the vote is confirmed by the OH Chair, I'll create a sub-forum for court cases where the judges and people related to the case will be able to post.
