Hello everyone!

This is a special round of Werewolf, where YOU get to choose the theme that you'd like to see happen for the game.

Werewolves in Space?  Alice in Werewolfland?  Harry Potter and the Werewolf of Azkaban?  Once Upon a Werewolf?  The theme for this game is totally up to you!  Nominate the theme that you'd like to see happen in Werewolf next, and we'll vote on the nominations.  The highest voted theme will be what Werewolf VI will be based on.

No idea is too impossible to pull off, so don't worry about having to limit your ideas.  Is your nomination pencils?  Emoticons?  That piece of paper you threw away last week?  Anything can be turned into a theme for Werewolf, so let your imaginations go wild!

Nominations will stay open until next Thursday, August 20th, and we'll start voting immediately after.

I nominate a Big Brother themed version. Could be quite hilarious if handled properly.

The werewolves could be contestants who will do just about anything to get people kicked off the show.

Another one that would work equally as well is Survivor.

And for kicks, since I know Noxy enjoys the theme, Fish/Underwater Adventures is also added to the list.

Lol, I've actually just had a pretty funny idea (to my mind, at least)!

We should definitely have a plain Wintreath-themed one, that combines my previous idea of a demented killer on the loose, and each role will be a specific position/member in the community.

For once I even thought up a title: Who Killed Chanku Kestar?

Blade Werewolf Runner? Can that be a thing? Cause I would vote the heck out of that.

I'm suddenly having flashbacks to @aternox's Ghostbusters game.

WW33 Ghostbusters was a masterpiece.

I've still yet to play a game that's really topped it.  It was certainly a gem.

I found something interesting while surfing the net … Bad Idea II Mafia

It’s a typical mafia setup, with townies, cops, goons and a godfather. It’s slightly tilted in favour of the Town (due to townies being empowered) but as evidenced by the source, it’s possible for the Mafia to win.

Essential Rule: For each time a player daykills, he/she must wait [Insert Number] hours after the start of the day phase before he/she can daykill again. Therefore, if he/she have daykilled thrice, he/she would have to wait for [Insert Number x 3] after the start of the day phase. This restriction applies to both the Town and the Mafia.

Townie: Similar to a Villager, the Townies are normal players who have no special night powers. However, in this setup, they have the ability to post in the thread “Kill: Player”. This will result in the target dying and the end of the day phase. They win when the Mafia is completely annihilated.

Cop: Similar to a Seer, the Cops will be able to investigate the identity of a player every night phase, and will be told the player’s role (excluding Godfather). They do not have the ability post in the thread “Kill: Player”. They win when the Mafia is completely annihilated.

Goon: Similar to a Wolf, the Goons will pretend to be townies during the day while being aware of each other (including the Godfather) and every night phase, they get to choose a target to kill.  They do not have the ability post in the thread “Kill: Player”. They win when all Townies are killed, or if the final surviving town-aligned player is a Townie.

Godfather: He/She is the leader of the Goons. Every night phase, he/she gets to choose a target to kill with the Goons. When investigated by the Cops, it will show that he/she is town-aligned. If the Godfather is killed, and there is at least one surviving goon, the goon will be promoted to Godfather. If there are more than one surviving goon, a goon will be chosen at random to become the Godfather. He/She has the ability to post in the thread “Kill: Player”. This will result in the target dying and the end of the day phase. He/She wins when all Townies are killed, or if the final surviving town-aligned player is a Townie.

I believe this will result in Mindless Manslaughter.

Now I'll make a poll thread, much like is done for the "____ of the Month" threads, where people will vote their choice for the next Werewolf game.  The one voted on the most will be our next theme.
