    Welcome back! I'm so glad that you've decided to join the region again...there was some consternation when your nation ceased to exist, but I had faith in your return. I don't suppose you need the normal introduction, but if you need help getting settled back in the region and branching out, please just let us know. I'm already excited about having you back with us. :)
