1. Title
  1.1 This shall be titled Procedural Rules of the Underhusen Amendment VI.
2. Amendments
  2.1 This shall add section 16 which shall read:

The Speaker of the Underhusen, or Speaker Pro Tempore if he/she is in use, shall keep an easily accessible archive of all former and current votes in a way that he/she chooses that all citizens shall have access to.

I am introducing this to increase the transparency of the legislative processes in Wintreath and to make it easier for everyone to see how all members of the UH voted.

EDIT: Changed section number as another amendment passed.

Votes are already archived in the underhusen archive.  I wouldn't call it "easily accessible" though

I know. They are however horribly un-organised.
Something like a spreadsheet would be easier to read. I think that the benefits outweigh the slight amount of work needed to set it up.
