    To better ensure the integrity of the Underhusen elections which begin tonight, I have done a sweep of Citizens to ensure they still have nations in the region. These Citizens have had their Citizenship revoked under Section 3 of Decree 001 Concerning Regional Citizenship for failing to maintain a nation in Wintreath.

    Odessa - Moved to The Independent Order
    happy3188 - Nation was not found
    NoPeople - Ceased to Exist
    uskok_blackprince - Moved to Ceasars Army
    Puttaria - Moved to The Golden Lands
