Following input from the community, the Regional Stability Squad (RSS) has passed a Moderation Grievance Policy, which can be read
here. This policy details how you can report issues regarding moderation, such as moderator misconduct, and how reports are handled, investigated, and resolved.
Along with the policy, a new
Moderation Support Request page has been created on the beta website, where you can privately report either rules violations or grievances against moderation. Depending on the type of report you are making, it will go to the RSS or moderator Discord channels, where it will be handled from there. If you wanted to make a public report, you can also do that in the
Technical forum.

negative experiences last summer led to the creation of this policy, as well as
@Gerrick for his feedback suggesting the policy specify when dual moderation-RSS members who were involved in a reported incident must recuse themselves from RSS discussions and votes related to it.
