Like most websites, over the course of our history Wintreath has been visited by archive.org's Wayback Machine, which records a snapshot of the places it visits them so people can look back at what a site used to look like. I thought it would be fun to explore  what archive.org has on us, discuss the page and what was going on at the time, and learn some of our history and the context behind it.

1 December 2013 - NS Region Page

• Wintreath had existed for a little over a month and already had 300+ nations!
• De La Malvarma (Reon) had just began his delegacy, which would last for nearly three years until his departure from the region.
• The Hvitt Riddaral had recently conducted its inaugural operation, consisting of Wintermoot, Denth Kasten/Dawsinian, The Saturnian Republic, and Horse.
  
• Wintreath had established in-game embassies with Lazarus, The Rejected Realms, The Allied Republics, The Republics of Crawlspace (a region Dawsinian had with a friend), Unknown, Warzone Sandbox (due to the aforementioned military operation), and Fishmongolia (a shared Wintreath/Lazarus/Miranda jumppoint).
  
• The RMB featured a post from the Alterran Republic (Alterra/Vidarr/Omega), who would become a regular member of the community.

Daws at least appears to be semi-active: Dawsinian. He's just not here.

14 January 2014 - NS Region Page

• Wintreath was almost 3 months old and still had over 300 nations!
• We had recently ratified The Fundamental Laws as the Constitution of our region.
• Wintreath had established in-game embassies with Next Generation Alliance, The kingdom of britain and ireland, and Warzone Airspace.
• Pope Righteousness III is mentioned in the regional census. He was briefly a Citizen in Wintreath, but would be better known as Libertarian Librarians in Spiritus.
  
• According to a poll proposed by The Alterran Republic, Wintermoot was the favourite member of the Royal Family, edging out Charax and Insenjar. At the time recorded, the poll was halfway through.
• RMB posts by Routelarioux (A. Pierangelli, Overhusen Member and Thane of Foreign Affairs), The Alterran Republic, and Latrovia (Harry McClain, would later become the founder of Enadia).

May I also suggest looking at UDL's WFE archive, which has captured Wintreath's founding and transition from puppet storage to a real region, among other things.
