So how do I join?

You first have to fill out form 31-A in triplicate and submit a copy to the Department of Useless Paperwork, who will then issue you a form 9-D-24 which you must fill out within 2 business weeks.  Then, submit the 9-D-24 to your local commissar who will then review the application and ask you to make appropriate revisions that reflect the will of the state.  Remember, it is best to show a high level of zeal toward the party when filling out the 9-D-24! After the 9-D-24 has been approved, the commissar will then stamp the document and send it in to the local morale officer.  Once the morale officer has reviewed the document, they will then send a 11-B to the commissar to be filled out and you will likely be called in or asked to appear in person for questions and clarifications.  If the 11-B is approved, you will be asked to fill out a request to join the Ordenes Trollmenn Guild which must be submitted no later than 5 business days after the 11-B.  Be sure to attach 9 proofs of identity along with a 20,000 (twenty-thousand) word essay giving reason why you should be accepted.  Also, attach a copy of traveling papers authorized, again, by your local commissar and proof of medical wellness to engage in creative writing (to be reviewed and edited at the state's discretion of course, ALL PRAISE THE OMNISIAH).  Your request will then go through a triple checking process and submitted to the writer's tribunal for further review.  If they then accept the essay, they will send out notification to your address asking you to submit a 91-R, at your expense, and ask that it be filled out and returned to the tribunal within 5 business days. The 91-R will be sent to the tribunal for review and if approved, you will be accepted in to the Ordenes Trollmen... wasn't that easy
