It is with a heavy heart that I have to announce to my fellow Peers that A. Pierangelli (Rout) has resigned from the Overhusen along with all other NationStates offices due to real life reasons. I received the resignations via NS telegrams, and have regretfully accepted them. It's tragic that our friend will no longer be here, and I hope Rout will post when she has time going into further detail...and so I can go into more depth as to why she made so much of a difference in our region.

However, it was required that I inform you of this resignation immediately. As of now, there are three members of the Overhusen (myself, Reon, and Butterspring). Since we are so close to Underhusen elections and the start of a new term, I will opt not to fill the vacant Overhusen seat.

This is mildly problematic, is it not... Neither I or Butterspring are truly devoting as much time to the overhusen as it deserves... Rout, however busy she may have been did give quite a bit to this place as well as being an amazing native representative... It is unfortunate to see her go.

Well, this sucks. And Reon's right, I'm not nearly as devoted as I should be. I guess we've all got to buckle down, now that we've lost such a strong member.

Yes, it's very unfortunate that we've lost two outstanding members of the region in less than a week to real life...if it were merely something about the region, it could be fixed, but real life...all we can do is work harder, and hope that our absent friends can return when real life allows them to.
