1. This Act shall be cited as the Citizenship and Demonym Amendment Act.

Amendment
2. The following shall be amended to The Citizenship and Demonym Act, and subsequent sections and subsections shall be renumbered:

3. Honorary Citizenship
   3.1 The Storting shall have the authority to grant honorary Citizenship to any former Citizen of Wintreath it feels was an essential member of the region and the regional community and/or performed invaluable service to the region. Honorary Citizenship shall be exempt from the requirements of Section 2 of this Act, and shall be permanent unless the honorary Citizenship is revoked by the Storting.

Aye. It could have it's dangerous uses... But I doubt they will occur.
