    The Supporter Citizenship Maintenance Act

    Title
    1) This Act shall be cited as the Supporter Citizenship Maintenance Act.

    Amendments
    2) Section 2.1 of the Citizenship and Demonym Act shall be amended as follows:

    2.1 Citizens are required to keep the nation which they gained citizenship with within the region unless they inform the person (or government agency) empowered to accept or reject citizenship applications in accordance with relevant law of a change in Citizenship Nation, with the new nation they wish to designate as their Citizenship nation. Citizens that have made five posts on the Wintreath forums or made a financial contribution to The Winter Nomad of at least $5 (USD) during the previous calendar month, after their second month of citizenship, are exempted from this requirement. Any individual wishing to obtain citizenship must have a nation within the region in order to qualify for citizenship.

    This vote will last for seven days or until a required majority of the Skrifa have voted (A Simple Majority). Skrifa may vote Aye, Nay, or Abstain.

    Just as the current NS nation and forum post requirements are there to determine if someone is still dedicated to the region in order to maintain their citizenship, donations should also be counted as they help to support the Wintrean community and its websites. Someone who only has donated $5 in the past month shows at least as much commitment as someone who only maintains a resident NS nation or someone who only makes 5 posts on the forums.
