Katie, your new Jarl of Foreign Affairs, and as my first order of business, I decided it would be good to tidy up the existing FA mandate. Changes made include the removal of secretaries, the merging of two existing thaneships, the renaming of all departments, and smaller changes abound. These changes were vetted by Wintermoot and the existing members of the FA team. Check it out
