UH Elections have been cancelled, and martial law is being declared.
In my capacity as Jarl of Regional Affairs, and thus the highest-ranking of the candidates running for UH, I have seized control of this organization immediately and indefinitely until the crisis has been resolved.
As sole representative of the Underhusen, I will be taking this opportunity to rename it 'The Senate', and thus proclaim that I am the Senate.
Also considering the hideous acts of treason against my recently-declared rule, I hereby make the following pronouncements.

The following individuals are now to be considered enemies of the State, and must be shot on sight:
Everyone.

The following individuals are now to be considered high-value-targets, and must be captured alive. Or dead. Preferably dead.
Everyone else.

Note: The Monarch is to be captured alive.
Just him. Don't worry about anyone else. I can't stress enough how everyone else's lives are unimportant.

If you are concerned that you may fall into one of the above categories, but wish to swear fealty to the new regime, fear not! All sins may be (eventually) forgiven through service to the state!

In my capacity as Speaker of the House, I bid you all to have strength in this time of regional crisis, and wish you all a very happy April Fool's Day.

Given that he forgets that I, as Jarl of Foreign Affairs and Speaker Pro Tempore of the Underhusen I outrank him (and Taulover outranks me), and that he has violated the Chankoup Act of 2155, Section 2 - "Only Chanku L. Kaizer may coup Wintreath." - and section 2.1 "This section is retroactively applied to April 1st, 1978 and onward." he forefits his right to be the speaker of the Senate and thus with the authority I have, I hereby declare the creation of the Republic of Wintreath and the dissolution of the Monarchy. Additionally to aid the region in this time of turmoil I hereby declare myself Lord Protector of the Republic and my family's name to now be Cromwell. Additionally I hereby declare the suspension of Underhusen elections and happy April Fools
