Underhusen Officer Reforms
Discuss Chanku's proposed reforms for changing the selection process, powers, and duties of the Speaker and other Underhusen officers

Procedural Rules Vagueness/Inconsistencies
If not covered in other reforms, fix Procedural Rules to address issues such as ties in Speaker votes and inconsistencies in Speaker's ability to motion

Paragons and Commendations
Discuss awarding honors to prominent (and largely departed) members of the community (like Laurentus and HannahB)

Updating the Laws Page
Using powers given to Speaker by Administration, add recently passed laws with their texts and votes, update laws with amendments that have not been implemented on the page, etc.
Continue identifying and correcting grammar errors

LET THE TERM BEGIN!

As the Procedural Rules Officers Amendment has now passed, the Secretary position no longer exists as part of our Procedural Rules.

At the advice of Speaker pro tempore Chanku, I will now be creating the Office of Information. This Underhusen office will act as a continuation of the Secretary position, and will also have some additional related duties.

The mandate of the Office of Information is as follows:

The Office of Information shall be responsible for informing the public about the various events and occurrences in the Underhusen. They shall post newly introduced proposals to the Citizens' Platform and notify Citizens of new proposals through various means of communication. They shall also publish reports, including a summary dispatch of the term at its conclusion, and aid the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in their embassy dispatches if necessary.
The Officer of Information may choose to establish and/or appoint subordinate officers at their discretion.

Former Secretary @Mathyland has agreed to lead our new Office of Information! His long time as Secretary across many terms gives me confidence that he will do well as Officer.
