Title
1. This act shall be titled the Declaration of Govindia as Persona Non Grata.
 
Act
2. The Storting, using its authorities over citizenship and Persona Non Grata Status, hereby declares Govindia to be Persona Non Grata from this Frozen Realm of Wintreath, and thus expels him from the region.
3. The Storting recognizes that Govindia, after the revocation of his citizenship over a year ago, has not learned nor changed from the behavior. As such, it is clear to the Storting that we did not send a clear enough message to Govindia over his behavior. While we regret that we must now do this, we must recognize what is best for the region and keeping Govindia is not for the best of the region. The Storting does wish Govindia the best wherever he ends up.
 
Evidence
4. The Storting recognizes the evidence submitted during Govindia's revocation of Citizenship, specifically all subheadings under section 3 of that law, as well as any evidence submitted during that process.
5. The Storting recognizes the evidence submitted during the January 22, 2018 - January 28, 2018 period against Govindia regarding his continued behavior.

At the very least the bill has to explain justification.

I have half-assed following this drama, but right now I fail to find an actual case of "this and this happened then and there and that's how we're here". Until such cases are presented, this just smells like certain people shat their pants over a thought of something they don't find desirable.

I'm sure the operators of our Discord will be presenting the actions they have had to take, unless we have a serious deficiency on that front and somehow UH is justifiably the first party to take action? Unless of course there has been nothing technically illicit, just ill feelings.

This declaration wasn't deemed necessary when the citizenship was revoked, something has to have fundamentally changed to warrant further action. If my hunch is correct and this indeed is mostly about the possibility of him getting his citizenship back, fix the citizenship laws first.

If the only way to prevent a person from becoming a citizen is to ban them from everything Wintreath, something somewhere is horribly broken.

Just a reminder to everyone, we are now two days and 18 hours into this, meaning there's two more days and six hours left before further action needs to be taken.

It seems discussion here is about done, everyone who had an opinion in the Citizens' Subforum has posted already, including one person who came back just to do so, and... Govindia has been logging in but seems to have nothing else to say.

Not exactly the kind of thing I thought I'd be getting myself into when I came into the Underhusen to try to be more involved in Wintreath but... if it's time to advance to a vote, I'll put the topic up soon?

Though, perhaps I would only change a single character, making the last "Recognizes" into "recognizes" for consistency if that's okay? Which legislation are you referring to? The citizenship revocation used the American format, with commas, no ordinal numbers, and date coming after the month. And I'm pretty sure that this date format should have a comma; you don't have a comma if the day goes before that month.

Oh yeah, I’m just being stupid. I saw at the bottom of some laws there was no comma, but that was because the date was first.

So, there should be commas in the dates and the numbers shouldn’t have the “nd” and “th“ at the end.

Excuse me while I write an amendment to rename the Underhusen to the Consortium of Grammar Nazi's Guess we ought to stay consistent though after so much work was put into correcting all the laws in the first place though.

Grammar Nazi... now that's a good idea for a new Thane.
