You enter into what looks to be an inviting room.  On the door, you see the following:

Below it, you see a whiteboard with the following written:

Speaker Pro Tempore: Crushita
Secretary: Mathyland

WE HAD FUN LAST NIGHT AT YOUR TIKI BAR
LET'S DO IT AGAIN SOMETIME! :* *MWAH!*

You look around the room, seeing beanbags on the floor in place of chairs, as well as the absence of an imposing desk.  Instead, you see smaller tables near each of the beanbags with laptops, as well as a projector in the center of the ceiling, pointing to a large screen against one of the walls.  There's even what looks to be a couple of arcade machines, giving a casual vibe to the room. Nobody is currently in here except you, but though it was meant to be an office, you get the feeling that this is where the meetings will be held.

The OP has been updated, as both Mathyland and Crushita have accepted their positions. 

Can we clean up the Current UH? It's a bit...messy now.

For the forum itself, I  can start cleaning it when @Wintermoot gives me the power to do so.

Notes for today:

I would like to thank @Mathyland for his proposals.  Not only are they helpful in ironing things out even slightly, but in particular one pointed out a glaring flaw.  When fixing the changes in our procedural rules (the topic in here) to reflect the now passed amendment XV, I noticed that it was never actually updated to reflect that there was a 16th rule, let alone one with 4 caveats.

It took me a bit of digging, but that was a law passed back last October.  That's a little bothersome that the UH procedural rules (in our own area nonetheless) haven't been updated in the forum for almost a year, or at least 2-3 terms of the UH not noticing that the rules weren't properly updated.

I'd like to please encourage this UH as well as future UH sessions to stay on top of this.  We can't always rely on the main laws page being always updated...so the least we can do is keep ours up to date!

As I write this, the rules have been updated with the appropriate amendment (Emergency Powers Act) being listed.  Our most currently passed Amendment has also been updated into it.

Also, I'd like to note to the Overhusen Chairman @Wuufu that we currently have 3 passed bills to pass to the OH whenever you're ready for them.  They're simple grammatical fixes, but I do believe they still pass to you before they actually come into affect.
