1) Who are you and what region do you represent? I am Colinski, representing the Kingdom of Scotland.

2) Are you replacing an ambassador from this region? If so, who? I am not, I'm simply joining the other ambassador.

3) Does your region already have relations with us, or are you requesting an embassy as well? Ellie Alexander Xavier, my Minister of Foreign Affairs, is currently working on it.
