The best thing would be to make any topics you need in the Gathering Portal and then let me know. I have to manually bind each topic to the RP so they're ordered as a group, and it's helpful if I only have to do that once.

Noted. So should I repost the signup/OOC in the Gathering?

No, a mod should be able to move that thread (if you yourself can't, I'm not too sure how the RP post permissions work).
