Welcome to the FIFTH Robin Steak Fry my friends!!  As always, candidates, feel free to come discuss your vision for the future of Wintreath, visit with your future constituents, and more—all over some of the finest beef around!  So without further ado:
Good evening candidates, citizens and welcome to the 5th Harkin Robin Steak Fry!  Today we have assembled a plethora of candidates from throughout Wintreath to discuss with you, the citizenry, their view of Wintreath as it stands today, what they want to go forward with in the 22nd Underhusen, and what they hope to see Wintreath become in the future.  The (first few) questions are as follows:

    1. Before we get into the real meat of this event, as always, I want to ask all of you—what make you decide to run for the Underhusen?  What do you think should the main goals of our 22nd legislature?

    2. As has been shown throughout history, both online and in the real world, a community must grow if it is to survive and prosper.  What do you believe is the best way to catalyse growth and the expansion of Wintreath in NationStates and beyond?  Do you see the Underhusen as being able to legislate in ways that would encourage growth?

    3. What do you think is the biggest problem facing Wintreath at this point?

    4. Do other NS regions have any programs or operations that you think we could emulate to enrich our community here in Wintreath?  What are they?

    5. Who is your favourite politician from history and why?

    6. What is your favourite form of government?  Why?

    7. What do you think makes a successful democracy?

    8. Are you capable of being online for the duration of this session of the Underhusen?  How "active" do you consider yourself on the forums?

    9. Are there any other questions that you believe all of the candidates should answer?  As this is a more informal debate (it's a steak fry, after all) feel free to engage in debate (but preferably productive discussion) with your fellow candidates and upstanding citizens of the Wintreath community!  :)

    10. And now, arguably the most important question of them all—how would you like your steak?
    Sir Robin of Camelot

Well I always run for UH, also I wouldn't mind getting some minor reforms passed, primarily when it comes to the judiciary.

Well beyond NationStates, we need to pick out some games (or a game) to enter into as a community and begin to setup things there. We could do this with Minecraft. Personally I don't think the Underhusen can legislate more than it already has, unless it is granted more authority over the other sections of our community or the Underhusen's mandate is expanded dramatically.

    Inactivity and Stagnation.

Potentially, but none that I can think of at the moment.

    5. Who is your favorite politician from history and why?
Bernie Sanders and FDR/Teddy Roosevelt. Sanders for his style of politics, where he is rather straight forward and FDR/Teddy Roosevelt for the things that they were able to do.

    6. What is your favorite form of government?  Why?
In real life, a republic, on NS a Constitutionally Restricted "Autocracy".

    7. What do you think makes a successful democracy?
I'm going to quote my answer here from the last election, as I feel it still stands:
    Quote
Democracies are rarely successful in history it seems. What we should be asking is what do you think makes a successful republic, and in that case an educated electorate. Voting is a skill that must be learned in order to demagoguery, corruption, and tyranny.

    8. Are you capable of being online for the duration of this session of the Underhusen?  How "active" do you consider yourself on the forums?
I should be able to be online during this session, and I am not all that active outside of politics here, admittedly, however part of that has been to a semi-resolved real life issue.

Well I mean, why not? I've been here a while and I'm getting a hang of how things happen here so why not?

We should expand the community into other games (as Chanku said) and beyond! Really Chanku did a great job of summing up all this so refer to their post on this question.

This is the only region I've ever been in long term, as well as being the first region I came to after spawning. So I have nothing.

    End of Time

I remember there in the dawn,
When the suns rose and rose,
    That never could I know,
A sight more grand than this.

Now I sit here in the dusk,
While the suns die and die,
That never will I see a sight more sad,
    Or a sight more beautiful.
