Mentions not working for me for some reason.

I've seen people put me in mentions but it doesn't seem to work for me.

Do PMs work? This seems like a reasonable precaution to prevent vague people from registering and spamming the emails of other members.

It may be that non-Citizens can't use mentions. I'll have to look into it.

I get PMs still, and PMs when I am mentioned.  I can also PM others
