Has anyone heard of this yet? I ran across it through a podcast yesterday, and it's got to be one of the most awesome things I've seen in a long time.

It's being promoted as a robot toy with a mind of its own...apparently a lot of AI work has been done to give him a personality, emotions (which he wears on his screen), goals, etc. He functions more as a pet you interact with, since you don't actually control him like you would a robot, and he will insist on interacting with you as he needs since that's apparently what's required to keep him happy and "healthy". Overall he seems so adorable...who wouldn't want their own Cozmo? ^-^

He watches you, learning you, everything about you, until one day, he will kill you and replace you.

That's one very stupid reason not to.

I don't think they've gotten that advanced...yet.

Given the luck with AI we've had so far, I'll pass.
