Title
1. This shall be titled as the Establishment of Pengu as Lord High Emperor of Penguolia Act

2.  Citizen Pengu shall henceforth, at the passing of this bill, be known as Lord High Emperor Pengu of the Frosty Kingdom of Penguolia, savior of the Penguolian race.  His Imperial Fluffiness is an acceptable alternative.

3. Lord High Emperor Pengu shall be inducted into the Penguolia Hall of Fame and shall recieve a statue in his honor.

4. The current currency of Penguolia shall be renamed as the Pengu.

5. Songs will be created to praise Lord High Emperor Pengu for his many deeds.  Citizens will henceforth sing the appropriate Lord High Emperor Pengu praising song every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

6. Students will perform the Pledge to the Emperor before every class.  Adult citizens will be expected to take time at the start of their job to perform the pledge.

7. Taxes shall be raised by 10% to pay honor to his majesty Lord High Emperor Pengu.

8. Only one named Pengu may rule Penguolia at the passing of this act.  Citizens are forbidden from naming children Pengu.  Anyone who isn't the Lord High Emperor who gives their child this sacred name or changes their own will be sentenced to death by polar bear.  Their child will be renamed "Philbert" and will be sold into servitude, prostitution, or a combination of the two.

Section 2 has been modified to allow the use of Imperial Fluffiness as an alternative.  Thoughts?  Suggestions?  I think this should be discussed and voted in the UH immediately.

I am hereby changing my name to Pengu so I shall rule!
