WintVision is accepted by the Monarch as a project and we are free to run.
So I talked with a few members and we came up under the following.
Rules about Joining WintVision:1) Each nation will submit one and only entry. If it chooses to change the song already submitted, it's request will not be accepted.
2) The song can be taken by YouTube, as a video, a lyrics video or an Image Video.
3) The song can be of any type, rrythme or artist, as long as it has less than
20 million YouTube views.
4) Explicit language is forbidden.
5) Provocated images might lead on a negative jury voting.
6) Any remix of any already known song, or a submitted lyric video of an already widely known video-song, will lead to the Nations disqualification.
7) The entry shouldn't be longer than
5 minutes.
The Jury: The Jury will be 5 selected members, appointed by the Monarch or volunteering members, who are not going to compete, but listen to each entry and list the songs from the best to the worse. The listed songs, after ranked will take the points
that deserve.
Voting System:Since the voting part is devided 50% - 50%, the citizens have the other half...which will be able to vote their TOP 5 songs.
Their votes after will be counted and altered to percentage. (Like the UH voting system)
Winner/s:The WintVision itself, will have only one winner, and the next competion will be organised in his capital city. But
FRAVision gives us a new hole alternative....According to the number of the participants, they will be proposed by Wintreath 3 or more nations to represent Wintreath on FRAVision.
Broadcast:According to the number of citizens or allied citizens it will be devided to two Semi-Finals, and lastly the big Final.
Both Semi-Finals and the Final itself can be broadcasted through our Radio Station or Dj-plugin.
Media and TV:Well they will be articles around about each nation's entry, the rehearsals and photos etc, so the people can have a wide look over each entry. The competition will happen in Christmas period, in the frozen city of Bain, so each one of you have plenty of time to find a proper entry for his nation.
