Congratulations my fellow Strifa of the 16th Underhusen.  I hope that this will be a productive session, and an active one even as we enter the summer. 

I'm going to try and take a chapter out of Barnes' book and keep this area regularly updated, and I also hope that every Strifa checks the Underhusen regularly, so we can avoid the spurts of inactivity that have plagued many previous sessions of the Underhusen. 

My Speaker pro tempore is Laurentus and the Secretary of the Underhusen will be Barnes.  In the event that either one of you falls inactive, I will gladly reassign the positions to anyone willing to take them. 

The present agenda of the sixteenth term of the Underhusen (definitely subject to change) is as follows: 

• Finish up the Constitutional Convention, as it is unlikely that much will be accomplished now with what appears to be a disinterested citizenry
• Expand Wintreath's cooperation with other regions around NationStates in order to increase Wintreath's involvement with the vast number of other active regions
• Maintain an approachable atmosphere that allows citizens to voice their concerns and ideas to their Strifa
• Pass laws and remain active on all fronts this session

Please note that this agenda is by no means comprehensive and is subject to as many changes as are desired by both the current Strifa and the citizenry of Wintreath!!  Feel free to post publicly in the Citizen's Platform or message me or any other members of the Underhusen privately. 

And as always per section 11(a) of the Procedural Rules of the Underhusen, Wintermoot as Monarch has a permanent standing invitation here in the halls of the Underhusen!!
