As you may know, I have been on the lookout for a Thane of Foreign Affairs. After considering the applications as well as the interesting debate that broke out in the application topic, I have decided to name Pengu as our Thane in this area. In addition to authoring his own publication, The Lusty Jarl, Pengu has a proven record of activity and dedication of the sort this position will demand, and I'm confident that he will be able to keep pace with this position even with his responsibilities as Jarl of Culture. Congrats Pengu!

That said, I thought everyone brought something to the plate, and I hope that Crushita and Emoticonius will work with Pengu to bring some exciting things to our embassies in other regions.
