Usually at this time of year I like to evaluate where people think the region is so that we know what we're doing great at and what we need to still work at. This year I've decided to make it really simple...if you would like to do this, then I'd like for you to message me privately with one thing you think is great about the region and one thing that you feel needs improvement. I'm asking that this be done privately so there's no bandwagoning on an idea...hopefully this way we'll get a lot of thoughts and perspectives.

In a week or so I'll compile everything that I receive and share the results with everyone so we can see where we're at and how we can make the region even better!

The popcorn was stale, the twist was predictable, and William Shatner as the starring role was a terrible idea.

I'm going to leave this open until at least Thursday, in case anyone else wants to send me their thoughts.
