Gods, would I have to write one for each?

Each what? That's how confused I am now

Lol, well let me clear that confusion up first and see if it would still be necessary to draft procedure for two completely separate suggestions.

The one where the UH stays around as potential jurors is my original suggestion, where the OH stays to represent the monarchy and veto laws (which is quite handy, especially as a completely open assembly is a bit dodgy).

HannahB suggested a slight alteration where the UH and OH serve together on a single body to have the same veto power, which I could be open to, as long as the OH has more seats than the UH. Some others prefer it the other way around.

I should emphasise that with each version of this proposal, it doesn't necessarily have to be something like five seats for the elected and appointed, it could be as low as three. I'm just not sure on what number would work best yet.

Hmm, I thought it would be weird to repost your proposal with my slight modification, but seeing other people's reactions I am starting to think it would be prudent, what do you think @Laurentus , the bulk of this is your idea after all?

Either way, this is complex, lots of moving parts, but I am not going to argue that the Storting doesn't need a good kick, I'm not sure if this or an idea more like mine would do that, but I am okay with either (though [probably due to personal bias] I prefer my own  )

Yeah, it might be best to create your own 2.0 proposal.

Also, you can go ahead and prefer your own, but I really do think mine is slightly simpler.

And OH veto power FTW.
