That says government official. We are a governmental body.

Non-litterally the reason for the inclusion of that passage is because Wintermoot wanted to prevent the government from being able to legislate the forum layout.

IN a more literal fashion, it can be applied as Skrifa being unable to be able to write such a law, as them being able to write, and pass such a law. It also fails to define Government Official, so it could also be considered to apply to the Governmental Bodies as well.

I mean only if you were being painfully obtuse... We all know what a government official is... I am, as a Skrifa obviously.
Regardless it says empowered to do so, so me writing a law, as a Skrifa, doesn't override that and because the Underhusen passes laws as a governmental body, there is no conflict...

What I find amusing is this.  Chanku may say it's illegal simply because it conflicts with other laws, but why not show solutions to resolve said conflict?

and yes, governmental body != government official.  two different entities completely.
