This may perhaps not be the place for this, but that may be part of my concern. Where is the Ministry of Information, and why are they so difficult to find? I've also noticed that they're the only ones without a Jarl or Thane listed on the sidebar under the Government of Wintreath on the main page of the forum.

I have some comments/questions/concerns/a tray of cookies/suggestions for them. It is my hope the Honourable Storting would be so kind as to oblige regarding this topic.

I apologize, the government guide is out of date in that regard.

The Ministry of Information was dissolved on January 31st. It was always a difficult ministry to fill and in practice never expanded to the scope that I wanted it to. It was meant to focus on everything from guides to history, but ended up only doing our dispatch to foreign regions. Each ministry is now responsible for information in their own areas, and as the person who wrote the guide I'll take responsibility for the guide not being up to date.

Feel free to post your comments, questions, and concerns though and we'll do our best to handle them! The entire Cabinet loves cookies, I'm sure.

So, there are a few typos and concerns of uniformity when it comes to the Laws of Wintreath. The majority of them are just minor English major quibbles (e.g., punctuation going inside of quotations, subheadings not having periods—corrections that don’t affect the readability of the documents but that provide an extra layer of professionalism; what matters above all when it comes to a style is consistency. I’d even encourage a pre-approved dummy Law, Treaty, etc that could be on hand for those in charge of writing such things—a “Brand Guideline” if you will, so that one law isn’t presented in Cyan while another is presented in Cerulean), but a few of them are minor corrections in major ways (e.g., The Underhusen Procedure, "Underhusen Seats for the 4th Sorting Act,” which is theoretically about sorting instead of the Storting—although how the seats may have been sorted could have been of equal interest at the time of conception).

In the Recalls and Referendums Amendment Act under Article 6, “unless” is written twice.

Under Article I, Section 2 of the Fundamental Laws of Wintreath, “skifa” should be “skrifa.” These sorts of things. From a purely literary vantage, the Laws could use a little bit of spitshine.

When it comes to the style of how the Articles & Sections are notated, I’d ask that a sense of uniformity be kept in mind. I have more copy notes and overarching suggestions on the Laws of Wintreath; if preferred, I shall continue to list them here?

To be honest we don't have a single style because Politics are a back part of the region so to speak. It is not the fore-front of the region. In fact you could probably remove us from NationStates and remove all of the NS stuff(like legislature and the like) and we'd still be Wintreath, because Wintreath's more of a community than anything tbh.

I don't see anything wrong with having a standard format. I have my own standard format when I write legislation. It would be up to the Storting to create an official standard though and to fix those errors. We're having an Underhusen election very soon, so it may be an issue for that!

I think that should be reserved for if/when it's decided to do a correction of every little detail that needs correcting, clarifying, or something of the like. 

Though that might have to be called the Ultimate Omnibus Correction Act, because it'll at least be quite a sizeable one. 

A compilation of amendments to correct spelling, grammatical and sentence structure errors requires a certain amount of dedication. It's probably never going to happen though ...
