I am the governing Matriarch of Tzcharnorbog, representing the West Pacific.

2) Are you replacing an ambassador from this region? If so, who?
If I am replacing someone in particular, I was not informed.

3) Does your region already have relations with us, or are you requesting an embassy as well?
Fortunately, there is already an established embassy.
