    For clarification purposes for you and Point Breeze (just because I like clarifying :P), I joined the Region on September 23rd, which would have been 2 months and 7 days (roughly) after Point Breeze joined.  But I didn't formally join as a citizen until the 29th.

    I was appointed as Acting JoC on January 7th, and then given the position fully 19 days after the first round of April UH election results.  :)

    So it would have only been the December Elections that I wasn't part of the Riksrad, but even then I was appointed to the Overhusen in late October, and was in it until my first UH election in April (Time flies, I didn't realize I was in it for that long).

    On the note of Reon, I wanted to post this amusing bit from the December OH appointments:
