@Wintermoot I've reported this to you a few times before IIRC.

So I decided to make a topic for it so you don't forget

I don't believe it to be a bug...if you edit in new mentions, what's to prevent old mentions from being sent out, especially if a recipient has already cleared their mentions, and then would receive a second one for the same post. I would advise just posting again if you need to add mentions, even if you have to double-post.

You could have the server save a copy of an edited post with an @mention and have it compare the edited message with the new message and any previous @mention's wouldn't be sent out.

That's a lot of work just to do editable mentions, though.
