Title
1. This shall be titled the Citizen and Demonym amendment
    act to rectify of Ambiguities and Requirements.

Amendments
2. Section 2.1 shall be amended to read as follows:

Citizens are required to keep the nation which they gained membership with within the region unless they inform the person (or government agency) empowered to accept or reject citizenship applications by section 2.4, and it's subsections, of this act. A monthly sweep shall be conducted to ensure citizens are in compliance.

3. Section 2.2 shall be amended to read as follows:

The Monarch shall have the authority to revoke Citizenship from any person, at any time, so long as the Monarch makes a public announcement explaining the reasons for doing so. Persons whose Citizenship has been revoked by the Monarch may appeal the decision to the Storting, which can restore Citizenship by a majority vote of both chambers.

4. Section 2.3 shall be amended to read as follows:

The Storting shall have the authority to revoke Citizenship from any person, at any time, with a majority vote of both chambers, so long as the legislation revoking the Citizenship contains the reasons for doing so. Persons whose Citizenship has been revoked by the Storting may appeal the decision to the Monarch, who can restore Citizenship by decree.

5. Section 2.5 shall become a subsection of Section 2.4 and shall be renumbered as 2.4.1.

6. A new Section 2.5 shall be added, which shall read as follows:

Citizens also are forbidden from holding citizenship in the the New Pacific Order. A monthly sweep shall be conducted to ensure citizens are in compliance.

7. Section 3.2 shall be amended to read as follows:

Paragons shall be exempt from the requirements of Section 2.1 of this Act and shall enjoy all the rights, responsibilities, and privileges of Citizenship.

8. Subsection 4 shall be added to Section 3.  Section 3, Subsection 4 shall read:

Any Paragon that seeks, and gains, citizenship in the New Pacific Order shall have their status as Paragon suspended until it is renounced. Should it be lost, but not renounced, the Paragon Status shall be considered null and void. Should any Paragon have New Pacific Order Citizenship , and have had it prior to this being passed, then they shall be exempt from this section for a period of three months.

9. Section 5, and by extension Subsection 5.1, shall be struck null and void.

This addresses a few things with the Citizenship and Demonym Act. It also removes the New Lazarene Order Wording since it no longer really exists.

Section 2.5 becomes a subsection of 2.4 as it should have been in the first place, and changes some minor wording in Section 3.2 and adds Section 3.5. It also removes Section 5 and it's subsection, because it's no longer necessary.
