Hello There,

Yes I was referring to your application. I am the Director of Inter-regional services in the United Kingdom Foreign Office.
It is my job to contact you and establish ties abroad.

I have noticed that we already had a consulate with yourselves but during my tenure as Foreign Secretary this has gone an miss and I do apologize. 

I believe Sir, that if someone has to apologise, that would be me. Sadly I turned Wintreath`s Embassy into an inactive place. But life tied me up, with its troubles. I am glad to be in UK once again, and I believe that our regions, have plenty to offer to each other as well as, to NationStates

Welcome to Wintreath! I'm glad we got this situation resolved...in honesty, it's my fault as well. We had a very inactive ambassador corps a few months ago and we've been rebuilding it to be better staffed and more active.

Well Happy this is resolved. Let`s get back to work lads.
