You know, up until this point, I've been fairly neutral on the topic of the judiciary, but after rereading the CoCL and the Judicial Offices Act, I feel that there is (or would be, should a case be presented) an incredible stacking of the odds against defendants that needs to be corrected. 

There's ambiguity about how cases are presented, little in the way of actual sentencing or punishment guidelines, very short statutes of limitation, and a lack of defendants' rights.

You think the Underhusen, which has done little to nothing, has been a success this last term?

(And I value PB as a great person here and pleased he is the cabinet. I just don't buy what seems to be the majority view that a quiet UH is a good thing, when really it is a lack of ideas and activity).
