It should be noted, the 700 block figure is an estimate determined by the furthest Corp. TRADER asset which is a part of their kingdom building plans. It should be noted that the term "kingdom" is used loosely to describe the aesthetic used throughout the builds in the area.

700 blocks is arbitrary, not legally binding, and the property in question, being occupied for the past 1.5+ YEARS by the Robin Corporation, clearly marked the entire time by signs and other border demarcations, were in position the entire time.  Additionally, the region in question has been in existence from the first establishment of the Trader base in the area per chunk generation, and was visited on multiple occasions for the purposes of construction notification and all necessary zoning regulations.  The "proof" were the physical signs marking the Robin Corporation claim on the land which were wiped and replaced reading "Trader: Eviction Notice."  A legal owner and occupant of a land claim may not be evicted by another under threat of force without expecting the forceful response of the legal owner and occupant.  Additionally, accounts associated with the Robin Corporation have been active continuously since what is effectively the beginning of time on this server, with the notable exception of those of Chanku, Colberius_X and Wintermoot. 

Upon my initial entry to the server I was given an invite to build within the influence range of Corp. TRADER roughly 12 months ago. Temple Mount, the closest area of development to the disputed location, began construction roughly 8 months ago after approval and assistance of Corp. TRADER in locating the proper peak.

I had gone over the mountain range extending around the disputed location repeatedly during my exploration and early mapping exercises. No signs or any Robin Corp property was observed to be present.

The disputed location was already earmarked for expansion by myself several months back in accordance with [REDACTED] under approval of Corp TRADER. Robin Corp had not shown any prior interest in the location, much less any indication of ownership, or proper notification to the land holder of its intent to build. As this land had already been claimed by myself under permission of Corp TRADER, Robin Corp is showing a blatant disregard for the sovereign integrity of the existing land holder.

LETTER FROM THE CHAIRMAN AND CEO TO THE SHAREHOLDERS AND BOARD
Good day members of the board, I bid you all a warm and profitable welcome.  Alas, it has been another several fiscal quarters, and though they have not been that excellent in terms of business, we still must resolve to expand our ever growing holdings in the Frozen Realm and beyond.  Our sheep farms remain great, our castles continue construction, and our holdings have never been greater.  This being said, we now have greater competition on the server, and consequently the corporate structure may have to be changed.  This being said, effective immediately the structure of R.O.B.I.N. Incorporated will be reworked, and reapproved by our board during the next board meeting, which shall be announced shortly.  Our stock remains quite valuable, and still has technically increased over the past year and a half, even while its relative value may have slightly eroded.

But this is not in fact a loss for us.  The accumulation of wealth by others does not lead us into a path of despair, but into one of greater rejoicing.  For the first time in a long time, the server appears to be gaining popularity and activity, and consequently the opportunities for trade and acquisition have neber been greater!  In fact, due to this recent explosion of server activity, the Robin Corporation is excited to announce that, on the Robin Corporation land holdings to the east of Robin Castle, the corporation has begun its greatest legacy project—the creation of the first University Campus on the server!  This university, when completed, shall allow members of the community to learn valuable skills on the server, and further stimulate economic activity on the server!  Many thanks to you all, my friends, and may the next quarter be as profitable as the rest.

The University will attempt to partner with various other institutions on the server, including the Robin Corporation and the Noble House of Valeria to ensure that all graduates of the university are employable upon graduation.  We will be committed to creating well rounded students who enrich the lives of society and those around them.  In this manner, courses shall be created generally to create well rounded individuals in the Minecraft world, ranging from combat and flight schools to efficient building and redstone engineering.  There may also be a few art and writing courses available, and possibly introductory Minecraft Economics.  The world is our oyster, really!

Good day fellow investors, members of the board, and the public—I bid you all a warm and profitable welcome.  Alas, it has been another several fiscal years, and though they have not been that excellent in terms of business, we still must resolve to expand our ever growing holdings in the Frozen Realm and beyond.  Our sheep farms remain, our castles expand further, and our holdings have never been greater.  It is with this shareholder letter that we reaffirm out commitment to the economy—er, people—of the Frozen Realm. 

Consequently, I am delighted to announce that the Robin Corporation will embark on an entirely new venture in the Frozen Realm—the construction of a vast complex for House Valeria on the Minecraft Server, a project far larger and grander in scope than anything that we have built in the past—Valeria Manor.  Yes, you heard that right—we are going to create the largest integrated community dwelling (read: base) on the server.  This facility will be at least a square kilometer in size (and thus requiring an internal railway), and we hope include some of the finest redstone the server has ever seen.  This complex will also integrate seamlessly with the rest of the subway network as well. 

Therefore, beginning immediately, ROBIN CORPORATION is accepting design proposals for Valeria Manor.  The design should allow for a communal workshop area, with various living quarters with ample room for each member of the family to do what they wish within sizeable sections of the base complex.  Additionally, a central mine for the entire base to work off would also be a plus.  Additional requirements will be added in the weeks to follow as this project continues.  Additionally, a separate thread will be created to allow further discussion of this megaproject.
