Well, If Chanku is prepared to put his draft to a vote, then I would encourage him to do so.  I don't feel we need competing drafts on the floor on a matter as simple as this.

I can't bring it to a vote...Quite literally I wrote it for the Underhusen, meaning someone in the Underhusen must bring it for a vote. Although which version you choose to bring to a vote is up to you(although someone else could bring another version to a vote) .

No I am the Overhusen Chairman. I can only introduce bills that the Underhusen has passed, and things that only affect the Overhusen.
