HUE as a new ally of Wintreath looking to update Wintreath  about all regional happenings to improve relations and communication would like to inform you about a speech that earlier we told Wintreath was going to happen and now here ir is: (https://www.nationstates.net/page=dispatch/id=1921152) this speech is  on a recent incident that occurred in HUE(this also happened in other regions). A failed attempt by a group of individuals/raiders wanting to cease the WA delegacy because of Me,The WA delegate approving the now in-quorum WA Proposal "countering Agroterrorism", we because of this incident as advice by westinor via telegram have taken precautionary measures to ensure the safety and security of our citizens. As a result, we have made the decision to temporarily password protect HUE until the proposal is put to vote to all WA members.

I wanted to share some exciting news regarding our region. As you may be aware, HUE is committed to building strong alliances with other regions. We believe that a dual-citizenship treaty with Alcris will bring many benefits to both of our regions.
This dual-citizenship treaty will allow citizens of both HUE and Alcris to become citizens in the other region, and enjoy the same rights to vote and run for office. We believe that this treaty will lead to greater cultural exchange, mutual cooperation, and even potential job opportunities.

Don't worry, it's just a Consulate. You're free to pursue your own foreign policy even if that includes voting against Wintreath. Consulates are recognition between nations/regions of the governments in power and are a form of soft power, they're not treaties which usually have some legal implications or restrictions. :)

Or, if they're anything like Wintreath's legislature, they'll go inactive and you'll spend years trying to figure out what to do before everyone ultimately decides a legislature isn't worth the hassle to start with. xD

But Wintreath's weird. It probably won't come to that for you.

Congrats on your new constitution, and on conducting your first PM election under it. Most of Wintreath's elections were uncontested when we had them, so that doesn't necessarily mean anything bad...one candidate is all you need if it's the right one.

Hello! It is my duty to inform you that I have resigned all of my positions in HUE as the region is not doing well, and I don't know if any ambassadr will be appointed here but it's been an honor serving updates to Wintreath,
So yes, this means I will no longer be Wintreath Ambassador as I'm not associated with HUE, anymore.

Relations with the Holy Utopian Empire were closed on November 30th.

On that day, we received evidence from another region that their Defense Minister, Atomtopia, had made ableist and pro-fascist remarks. This person was then only removed from his position and banned after most other regions pulled their embassies and many of their own people left the region in response.

Although foreign relations is an in-character area, because the closure focused on out-of-character issues the Regional Stability Squad was informed of the decision along with the evidence received and a link to the public discussion (https://forum.nationstates.net/viewtopic.php?p=41112051#p41112051), where there was no objection made to closing relations.
