Better late than never!
Now that I'm recovered from COVID I've decided to go ahead and actually make my campaign topic for Chancellor!
As to why I'm running for Chancellor, it's because it's the best position for me.
Prior to my departure from the region, I was thoroughly steeped in law and legislation. I wrote most of it in some form. I proposed the most laws and legislation. I was the principal Wintrean Jurist.
And now I wish to take that on again, and part of that requires for me to be Chancellor!
Thank-you

Welcome to the campaign! I'm glad that you're recovered from COVID, btw. :)
I think everybody who was here at the time remembers your reaction to the FLAMES Act, which did away with the Underhusen. Even when you first returned you mentioned a desire for restoring the Underhusen...is that something you still intend to promote as Chancellor of the new legislature?
What do you see as the future of the Landsraad in general? What role will it play in Wintreath? Given that it was inactive for over a year, and the previous Underhusen was chronically inactive, do you feel a legislature is even required in Wintreath?

The restoration of the Underhusen will always be something I intend to push for, irregardless of any positions I hold otherwise. I just wouldn't be me without advocating for the return of the Underhusen. Also let's be honest, if I said I wouldn't, would anyone honestly believe me?
A legislature with power is always required in a NationStates region, IMHO. I see the future of the Landsraad taking over the region taking up the proper mantle of the Underhusen until it's return

I don't know...you do understand that your fondness for the Underhusen is probably going to work against you when running for something like this, yeah? It's just an institution that's otherwise that unpopular.

I am who I am Moot. When have you ever known for me to change my opinion based on what is popular? Especially when it comes to something like this?
