Title: A New Jarl for Foreign Affairs!

With Lau's resignation, the position of Jarl of Foreign Affairs became vacant, a position that has often been difficult to fill because of the unique demands of heading Wintreath's foreign affairs. However, I'm very happy to say that the position will not remain vacant in this case, because @Dawsinian will be sacrificing himself leading up the ministry!

As you know, Daws is a founding member of this community and has served in just about every capacity, from the old legislature to senior chat op to many Cabinet positions, including two previous stints as Jarl: Jarl of Defense (back in the day) and Jarl of Regional Affairs. I believe with this appointment he becomes the first Wintrean to have been Jarl over three separate ministries. Through the years Daws has been involved with just about every part of our community, and I'm sure he will now represent us will on the foreign stage. Please join me in welcoming him to the position. :)
